NASLite Network Attached Storage

Would it be possible in 2.04 to have a button on the menu that would allow an instant mirror to be started?

and how about having a detailed mirror log go into a text file on one of the drives.

Given 2.04's imminent release, and a recent purchaser of version 2.03, can someone confirm what are the update policies are for this product.

I noticed when I received the download link details, the notice said the link would be valid for 180 days or 6 downloads.

Does that mean if an update is issued more than 180 days after I initially buy the product, that I'm not entitled to an update ?

Or are the updated delivered via some other method ?

this is forking the thread a bit but yes... essentially you need to buy NasLite twice a year to keep up with updates until such time as updates stop.

Im not a fan of having to pay for patches, is there a reason but a strict financial one as to not let owners get the updates at least for a year?
