How long does it take to get the d/l email when you purchase this product? Been over an hour so far

I got mine within a few minutes, there are some posts on this i'll try to locate them.

Cant find it, but check your spam settings, give ralph a email

Check any spam settings you have, folders etc.

99.99% of the time these things are related to false positives with spam software. When my mail server logs tell me the receivers mail server accepted the message I have no control over what is done with it from there.

Its abit unfortunate that hotmail blocks these emails (ie they're not sent to junk folder, they just dont get received at all)..

that's what it was. Gmail spam filters. I d/l gmail through outlook 2003. So I have to go to there website and look in the spam folder. Thanks
