I have taken advantage of your upgrade program to NS2 and purchase the product this morning at 09:30 am UK time. As of 14:15 I have still not received any confirmation or download link to the new file.

Your prompt attention would be appreciated.

I just resent the original mail. Please check your spam settings for possible problems. I don't recall a bounceback.

I have received this second e-mail and sucessfully dowloaded the file. I did not receive the first one so it was probably just a gremlin in the works!

I've got the same problem here but for NASLite 2 USB, your automation script doesnt like hotmail? I got the paypal confirmation fine though. Tried to email ralph using hotmail resulted in a bounce:

Tried emailing through a diff mail account and it seems to have worked (no bounce yet).

hmm, cant do a lot about it.. sorry but i can msg you my receipt number and you could forward it to me via gmail.. good old gmail... looool
