ok i have a m700 pc chips m/b with dual 266 cpus and 512 meg

its been running good with 8 300 gig drives
ive been using a raid card just to add 4 drives.....
now i wanted to add another raid card and it says this when it boots to floppy.....

LINLD V0.97
Kernel Command Line:
Root=/dev/ram 0 rw
can't open kernel file
a:\>

im stumped....when running either raid card it works fine, but when running both it locks at this point...

have tried everthing i can think of....so im stuck at 8 drives or do i build another nas box....?

naslite 2 usb with kicker and update
also a agp video, usb pci card, and a gigbyte nic card

anyone got ideas

Looks like to me you have a IRQ conflict.

The kicker floppy can't access the usb key, thats why you get the can't open error.
