I setup naslite+ with a maxtor 160 hd, everything works fine.
I added a seagate 250, and the 160 was no longer found. The drives are set to use cable select.
I was able to format drive 2 (seagate) but drive 1 (maxtor) would not mount.

What are my solutions, I can think of three.
1. use jumper setting for master and slave instead of cable select ?
2. reformat drive 1 and 2 and see if they get recognized?
3. buy another seagate (and remove maxtor)?

What is most likely to solve my problem? :?:

or (drum role) option 4
4. BIOS
The bios was set for "None" on master but it set the slave to the seagate. When I went into the bios and changed the slave to also be "None", both drives appeared on the next boot, problem solved.

Thanks
