Is anyone here using the Windows Vista backup utility with NASLite? Apparently only the files/folders backup mode can be used with a NAS, but I haven't tried that yet.

When I was using Windows XP, I had Deltacopy to sync my files. What would be the best option for Vista? I need to be able to access the files from the NAS, so I don't think the backup utility will work (it seems to use it's own compressed format).

Also, I noticed that I was only able to sustain about 22MB/sec transfer to NASLite from WinXP, but Vista holds steady around 51MB/sec. I wonder what changed to allow the speed increase?

I use Cobian and back up to NASLite using FTP. Cobian can backup to .ZIP files the content in which can be indexed and accessed using the windows search function. Pretty convenient and very effective for my purposes.
