Hi all
Had my Naslite-3 CDD NAS for some while now and all has been well. This morning when I turned it on however the floppy disk that stores the registration details had died (as they do) so I cannot get the thing to boot.
Obviously I need to recreate the disk with a new one and re-enter all me details but I do not know how. Could someone advise me of where my registration info can be found and what I need to do?

Many thanks

Go here http://www.serverelements.com/documentation.php and get the manual. It should have all you need to get the job done, if not then post here and we will try and walk you through it.

HI, thanks for teh reply.

The manual tells me how to set up the NAS but not how to reobtain my registration details. How do I do this?

Okay, I am obviously not being clear. The manual simply tells you HOW to set up the NAS from scratch. Thsi is not my problem. My NAS is still as it was but it now lacks a license key to activate it. Obviously this is something that was provided to me when I purchased it but I NO LONGER HAVE THIS. My question is how to do I re-obtain my license key so that I can once again activate my NAS?

Is that more clear?

If you use this link to the upgrades page you will find a box for Lost Download Link Retrieval. Use that with the e-mail address you used when you purchased NASLite-2 (although, you did say that you use NASLite-3  ) and you should be sorted.
