I have been trying to install a second HDD in my NASLite box and after a bit of messing with the master/slave options I finally got the system to start up once more, only to get an error message saying "Non-system disk or disk error - replace and strike any key when ready". I thought that perhaps the floppy had got corrupted somehow or other so got some new ones and started a clean install of the NASLite system. All went well up to a point! I changed the network IP address, workgroup name, and admin password, entered the license ID and saved the configuration to a new floppy. The system showed this as successful and then I rebooted only to get the same error message.

Any suggestions as to what has happened? And more importantly, how to fix it!

Oops...silly me! I'd managed to mess up the boot order with the result that the system was trying to boot off the floppy rather than the CD  Problem solved!
