Tony / Ralph: I've just upgraded to v2 ... all fine except you no longer allow the " @ " character in a workgroup name. Everything I have is set for workgroup " @Home " ... and now NASLite2 does not appear on my network. Is there any way around this ... ? ... I can't imagine changing a whole network's worth of workgroup names ... 10 PCs, 3 NSLU2 NAS units, router, access point, 2 ethernet converters, 3 media players, print server ... etc. Please let me know ... can it be "patched" ?

Hm?

The "@" is in fact valid in windows. No way to bypass the regex so I'll have to add it to the list of items to handle in the next release. I suspect there will be other such points that will be mentioned over the next days. A minor release taking care of all those may be in order over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for pointing it out...

Tony: thanks for the quick reply ... I'll "play" with v2, but drop back to v1.5 until the "@" update is released ... I've got to figure out what I want this setup to be when it grows up anyway ...
