Just curious, I set it up and get:
Code:
TIME SERVER IP     LAST SUCCESSFUL SYNCHRONIZATION
129.6.15.28             Thu Oct 4 00:48:00 UTC 2007

What does this do exactly?

Hi,

It just sets the computer clock with the precise internet clock. This way, the "file create/write" dates and times are exact.

You can also set the date and time via the BIOS but all the computer clocks are known to be inaccurate aver time.

Regards
