I've just built a NASLite-2 USB and have connected it to a Belkin Wireless Router.

My laptop is wireless and can see the Naslite-2 on the Lan.

Problem: when I tied to create a test file on Disk-0 it comes up with insufficient privledges. I'm hoping someone may know what I am missing?

I've checked on NasLite to make site it's RW is set.

Thanks in Advance

ps: I've only started playing around with NasLite last night and I can see why everyone loves it :)

Try writing to a Disk-X share rather than the "Shares" share.

I LOVE NASLite :) I've collapsed all my files into 300Gig and can share the pictures with 3 PCs. My wife loved it.

I'm now going to see if I can build a NASLite with RAID 6. Is it possible?

If you can find a Hardware RAID controller that is supported by NasLite V2 (refer to the hardware reference guide) and has a RAID 6 option, then yes.
