My boss' email addy is msscott@battlemountain.net or maybe bmnv.com, I dunno which offhand.

based on your reply to ape, I'm betting I haven't gotten it because of our spam blockers.

What email addy is the dl directions coming from? I'll whitelist it in his spam settings.

Either that or send it do derrill@gmail.com ... but you probably don't want to do that, so let me know about the other.
