Understand that, will see if I can move these around. Not sure what it will allow, cheap motherboard.

odd, works with one kernel but not the other. but ya did add something to make usb keyboards work..... wonder

Well at least my part is I think fixed, cheap MB, using a builtin Unichrome Pro video chipset seems to be the issue. Dropped another brand of video in it and all is well. Console screen was really slow and should have been my best clue.

Must be something in the new kernel that does not like it :(

Hi All,

Just to let you know I copied the 2 files 2.06 update files across to the USB stick and booted the NAS machine and everything seems fine, transfer speed etc. The only thing I have noticed is that the update from the timeserver no longer works even though the gateway is set and the IP address for the timeserver is fine. Copied the 2.05 files back to the USB stick and booted and the timeserver update works OK.

Is this a glitch or does the configuration of the time server settings need something. I had gathered that the configuration file remained intact, and it does seems to with all the settings being the same so am I missing something here.

Thanks for a superb piece of software guys.
