Hello!
I just bought NasLite 2 CD version.

I found, on the log file, these lines:
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.info kernel: BIOS-provided physical RAM map:
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 0000000000000000 - 000000000009e800 (usable)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 000000000009e800 - 00000000000a0000 (reserved)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 00000000000f0000 - 0000000000100000 (reserved)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 0000000000100000 - 000000003ffec000 (usable)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 000000003ffec000 - 000000003ffef000 (ACPI data)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 000000003ffef000 - 000000003ffff000 (reserved)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 000000003ffff000 - 0000000040000000 (ACPI NVS)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: BIOS-e820: 00000000ffff0000 - 0000000100000000 (reserved)
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: Warning only 896MB will be used.
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: Use a HIGHMEM enabled kernel.
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.notice kernel: 896MB LOWMEM available.
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: On node 0 totalpages: 229376
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: zone(0): 4096 pages.
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: zone(1): 225280 pages.
# Mar 5 19:09:23 user.warn kernel: zone(2): 0 pages.

I'm using a P3 800MHz with 1 Gb ram, not using video card on board.

Seems the program is not using all the memory I installed on my PC.

I'm not a "Linux addicted" :), so I do not know if the warning lines are to be considered like only a warning notice or a severe alert.
Shoud I have to change somenthing somewhere? And, if yes, where?

tnx in advance

...and sorry for my engish

NASLite only supports up to 768 megs or ram. There's no performance gain or loss by having more.
