I've already filled in the "contact" web page + support email.. but posting here to make sure it gets noticed.

I purchased two copies of naslite2 usb yesterday (Tuesday) several hours apart...

I received the link etc for the first purchase, just need the serial number for the second.. hasn't arrived yet (not in the spam folder either).
