Just purchased this CPU/board from Newegg last week on sale for $79.00

BIOSTAR P4M80-M4-COMBO35 Intel Celeron D 315 Socket 478 VIA P4M800 Micro ATX Motherboard/CPU Set - Retail

Loaded NASLite 2.0 and it works great. Boots from USB as well so I finally ditched the floppy.
