I have a customer with a Naslite-2 (v2.65) installation on two servers and they seem to have forgotten their password(s).

Is there a way to boot to single user mode and reset? Or a way to default it back?

These are production servers and they are moving on Dec 23 and I would like to shut them down cleanly and bring them back up and reconfigure their IP addresses.

Any help appreciated. I have searched the forum with no luck so far.

Top of my head no. Simply shut it down when there is no traffic on it and the drives are idle. Boot with the build disk and reinstall the OS. Get out the label printer and print the password and then stick to the inside of the chassis.
