Hi.

When I had bought NL2, the HDD version didn't exist and I had the USB version. When I upgraded to 2.10 multiversion, the install proposed to install NL on the first HDD. As I have all my data on it, I told it to install on the USB as it was before.

I have to use USB1.0 in order for NL to start (won't start if USB2.0 is activated) and the boot is slow.

Question: can I install on the HDD1 without disturbing the data on it (without creating a new partition and formating all the data :( :( :( )

Tnx

Storage drives are fully utilized with no free space for an HDD install, so there is no way to install on an existing HD without disturbing the data. The best approach I can offer is to use another drive to install to and then move the data or simply add a drive to the NAS.

Alternately, you can continue using USB boot.

Hi Tony,

Tnx a lot for the fast reply. I'll keep the USB boot then.

Best regards.
