NASLite+ and USB both support files larger than 4GB.
Good to know. It seems like I read some messages here that said it didnt. So I just wasnt sure. That solves one of my issues. Which means I can in fact use it for a backend for SageTV Recorded Video files.

Add in IDE cards aren't supported in the current version, but *will* be in v2
bummer. and of course who knows when 2.0 will come out

Well I have plenty of *old iron* laying around, so I can use one of those. But my old dell server would have been nice. It is clean, and has lots of space in it, and larger fans. Perfect to use for a NASLite+ file server. EXCEPT it only as SCSI on it. No ide ports/connectors anywhere.
So if NasLite+ 2.0 could support an added in PCI/IDE ata 133 card (I already have one laying around)....then I suppose this server would be useable? Do you think 2.0 will be available in first half of this year?
PS will NASLite+ support 2 CPU's? The old DELL server can support dual PII cpu's. Just curious...
