Morning all,

Just added 3 more drives to my home naslite box, but I am running very short on sata power plugs

I am looking for a splitter cable for sata drives i can only find twin splitters , is there an item for raid arrays ? that has 5 / 6 plugs on the lead ? as i now have 9 drives in my system

I have checked my psu and i am well in the limits of the power ratings

Do sata drives use the 3.3v power rail as i have found the plugs and was thinking of making up a lead myself with a proper molex plug on the other end
there is no reference on any of my hard drives to using 3.3v rail

Steve
