With fast boot on getting into the bios can be tricky. power the neo and start hitting the del key. try that a few times till you get in. The bios reset jumper is right by the cmos battery, but by default quick boot is on so you'll have to get acquainted with the del key no matter what.

What you are looking for can be found here so dig in :)

Managed to get one going with a 60GB IDE laptop drive pre-installed with NASLite. Quite slow but silent apart from the drive (fixed with two screws through the front inner panel).

Got into BIOS using a DEL / F2 (repeat) combo at the blue screen.

have found that some drives power up - others do not - i had only tried hitachi drives - 3 different ones [ide and sata and various sizes] all powered up - i came to try 2 seagate drives and neither would power up

the current draw according to the spec sheets on the seagates looks no different to the hitachis - but the start draw must have been to stop them spinning up

so be careful what make of drive you add it may not work

all that said just relooked at the original photos from dimension and they show a seagate - hmmmmm??
