I am running NASLite on a PIII that only supports IDE drives. Could I bung a SATA PCI card in and access the SATA drive on it as additional drive? Would NASLite recognise it OK?

This is the sort of thing I was looking at http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?Quicklinx=5D41&CategorySelectedId=11141&NavigationKey=11141,47480000

can you have 2 PCI - Sata card in one computer? I have a 2 port already but need at least 2 more ports.

As long as the drivers are in the kernel and you don't run into IRQ conflicts you can have a bunch of cards and SATA ports and drives.
