A quick question - if I install a destination Mirror drive that is larger than the source drive, can I partition it such that the remaining capacity is available for data storage or does the mirror refresh clear the whole drive of any data/partitions not on the source drive?

Naslite exports a single partition on each drive and the mirror is exact copy of the source. The mirror and the source are one and the same, so it's best to have the same size drives.
