Just bought another drive for my NASLite box and got stuck when trying to expand the current RAID5 array. Using the BIOS utilities, it will just let me create a new array with the new drive. Is "migration with addition" (using the same RAID level as before) the function I should use? If anyone has successfully expanded a RAID5 array using the BIOS utilities on an LSI Logic board, please let me know how its done :)

UPDATE: Oh dear... looks like you had to highlight the drive to be added. I was under the impression that the drive listed in the box would be added by default. The silly thing is the utility didn't warn me about no drive being selected so now I'm migrating a 3 drive RAID 5 array into an identical 3 drive RAID 5 array  Counting the hours...

UPPDATE2: Turns out it DID migrate _with_ the new drive included. It was just the status page that was abit confusing :) Running GParted as we speak... 8)
