Hi,

As my "too new" MoBo's LAN chip is not seen by NL2, I'll buy a gigabit lan card. I have PCI and PCI express slots available.

The computer is very fast (SATA2 drives, 1Gb Dual DDR2 800Mhz, Athlon64 2800+ etc). So, what type/brand of card would you recommend for the fastest and most reliable gigabit lan connections?

This computer will be used for the office and "reliable" is very important for me! One of the reasons for dumping XP Pro for NL is the stability of the server.

TIA and best regards.

New to NL but i would say choose an INTEL server card from the supported hardware list.

Regards
Jamie
