Hello all:
Situation: Gigabit LAN, up for 11 hours, approx 3.3GB received and 3GB sent. No other error messages in SysLog or at console.
Network status shows:

e1000: eth0: e1000_watchdog: NIC Link is Up 1000 Mbps Full Duplex

Is this anything to worry about ? If there are errors like this logged, do they get automatically corrected ? Or is there potential for data loss or corruption in the files having ben received and saved on the NL Server ? The Mobo supports ECC RAM -- is an upgrade from non-ECC warranted or recommended ?
TIA.
