NASLite Network Attached Storage

Hiya everyone.

As a n00b to the site I thought I might contribute and let you all know about a site I have found that basically gives you the lowdown on hard drives on the market! I have been using it to find information on drives based on reliability, performance, cost etc. When buying hard drives for my future NAS box, I obviously wanted high performance, low cost drives that would be able to perform 24/7!

Anyway I hope you find it usefull, and I hope I am not breaking any forum rules in posting the link (I have read the rules to make sure but cant find anything saying it is not allowed), so if someone can confirm I can post the link on this forum, I will gladly post it.

That sounds like a great source. Tony and Ralph would say go to it and if not then they would just edit it. It does pertain to the site interests and so go ahead.

Fair enough, if a mod thinks it isn't with the forums best interest please remove it. If they think it is worthwhile it may be best to change this to a sticky. Thought it better to check first! ;o)
