I want to buy naslite+ but from the info, it looks like v2 will have more of the features I want. I dotn want to spend the money twice, so what should I do?

That depends, do you need it now or can you wait until v2 is released?

If you do buy v1 you will be able to upgrade to v2 and still be able to read your v1 files.

I also suspect there will be a discount of some sort for people who already own v1 and want to upgrade.
