Isn't iSCSI a storage protocol intended for use with Storage Area Networks? I would think it would not be applicable with NASLite - which is Network Attached Storage.

You are talking hardware that most here would not even recognize. That is like me asking if they will be supporting FCAL arrays.

There are hardware SCSI to SCSI RAID controllers but grab your ankles, they ain't cheap! With one though you could just add a standard SCSI contro;er to a box and configure the array to look like a big, fast, standard SCSI drive. Better off just buying a few SATA drives and a 3Ware card. the performance will be nearly as good, at least as far as you or I could tell, and it will likely be very much cheaper.

If you really want to go to iSCSI and do it on the cheap you might want to take a look at this review. On a quick search I found the low end version for under $200.
