NASLite Network Attached Storage

Does anyone (ralph or tony) know if there will be some kind of utility that will allow better remote management. What I am after is something that will allow moving data easily. Something that can remove the network bottleneck. I know it is still the goal to keep it very simply but ssh ing into and moving files is alot quicker, as it should be unless you are running extermely old hard drives. Anyway not sure if there is a simple solution that can be implemented rather than having to enable ssh on the machine. Maybe something like midnight commander. That seems to be a very small program, not really sure if there would be an dependancies that would need to be added. But if it is just the program that needs to be added, I think that would allow some more flexiblity. MAybe have it launchable from the telnet menu. Well just a thought. I did not recall seeing any info about it, but maybe I am wrong
