bit the bullet and bought naslite+ CD
i'm transferring a huge amount of data onto the 3 disks i have installed, and once during the process, the naslite+ box dropped off the network with this message on the console..

# Dec 31 23:01:37 HomeNAS user.info kernel: lease broken - owner pid = XXX
# Dec 31 23:02:01 HomeNAS user.info kernel: lease broken - owner pid = XXXX
# Dec 31 23:02:22 HomeNAS user.info kernel: lease broken - owner pid = XXX

is this DHCP lease broken? can't be cos it's using static IP... pointers? i've BLOCKED_WORD out the numbers in case owner pid means something more significant...

thanks.
