this is the message i get when i use kicker disk

i need help
this is on a different mem stick than the last one
now im lost

Hello Bill,

The problem does not appear to be the USB Flash. It’s more likely RAM related. It’s difficult to say, but I’d double-check and make sure your RAM is good and properly configured. Memtest x86 is a good free utility for that.
