I removed my USB Flash Drive from my v1.4 server. Placed it in another PC - booted with the new v1.5 CD ISO. When initizaling, the v1.5 cannot find the USB Flash Drive. Did I do this upgrade improperly? Please advise.
Thank you.

Try booting from a complete shutdown.

Tony, thanks. I tried booting from a cold. cool, and warm restart. No luck, and these were the same 3 WXP PCs that were used to create (several times) the v1.4 server. The final solution was to use a friends PC, which booted the v1.5 and configured the server. Go figure? Is the USB "kicker floppy" being made available to the NASLite+ USB Flash community?

The kicker floppy image is on the NASLite+ for USB v1.5 CD-ROM. Take a look at the "TOOLS" folder.

Tony ... thanks ... found the "kicker" utility ... duh ... never thought to look on the CD ... also, in another post, Adrian Fischer seems to have the same trouble formatting the USB flash in v1.5.

That is strange since the utility that creates the USB Flash disk has been unchanged and therefore the same as the v1.4 release.
