I'm happy to read, that the wish for a integrated or additive UPNP Server comes also from other users.
I want to use my NASLite with a NOXON 1.Generation. So i still wait for a great sollution from server elements.

Hi,
I'm looking for a NAS-HD, but the price is very expansiv. I heard from NASLite. I tryd it and its runs well.
Now i want to "upgrade" the function with the "twonkyvision" server software.

I pursue these forum. Maybe is it possible, if NASLite comes with a HDD-installation.

I hope on a solution as soon as possible, because i want to stream music and more and i want likewise not run 2 or more pcs for it.

(sorry for my english)

Personally, now this I have started messing with upnp, I think naslite is might be on target. It does what it does very well, and I feel that adding this excess baggage would require machines to be more robust to serve data and handle any transcoding etc. I think this might hurt its reliability.

My old p3 800 mhz 1 gig mem naslite serves fine, my old p4 dell box does the twonky stuff.. between the 2 maybe $100 or so from Goodwill.
