Can I use NASLite+ to store mp3 files so that other Windows PC's can play directly from the nas drive?

Yes,
As long as that PC has software to play the MP3's no problem.

I run Naslite + and have a few other PCs on the network and all of them can play MP3s off of the Naslite machine.

I didn't have to ......just gave my machine a static IP and same workgroup name needed to be seen by the other machines.
