Hello All

I have just tried to copy some files which have unicode filenames (i.e. Chinese) to my NASLite server. Although the files copied correctly the unicode filename was lost.

Is NASLite supposed to support unicode filenames or is this perhaps a limitation of the SMB server?

Paul

Any response from the Gurus?

Due to size and resource requirements NASlite does not support internationalization.

Tony, is there any plans to incorporate unicode support in a future version? If so I will stick with NASLite for the time being, if not I might have to come up with a plan B (whatever that is!).

Thanks

Paul
