 Post subject: clear log

Is there any why i can clear the logs? My SMB log is slowly sucking up all my memory. I am not sure what to do. my membry is at 95%

There is 500K+ available on the RAMDisk for log files. The smbd and nmbd log files are set at max 50K each. The system log file is set to max out at 200K. That’s a total of 50+50+200=300K, so your system drive is probably fine and without any issues. There should be about 200K free there.

Now if you are talking about system RAM, that’s a different story. Using all available RAM is normal and necessary, so what you are seeing (95%) is correct. Keep in mind that all buffers are in RAM, and are maxed out per the available space.
