OK, I'm not really a technical person, but in my business I have to wear many hats. Patience please...

1. I have a machine with a cdrom but no floppy
2. One 20 gig drive
3. 512 ram
4. We have 5 windows xp pro users
5. Hub, Linsys Router, Verizon DSL (non-static ip address)

This is what I'd like to do

1. Share files, word excel mostly
2. Back-up regularly

3. Easy access to files when we're on the road. This is the biggest issue. It should be relatively intuitive for the least technical user. FTP can be intimidating.

4. Do any of the server elements NAS support a dynamic dns system?

5. What's the recommended offsite back-up plan?

I appreciate you input and recommendations.
