I hope I'mnot being too lazy by asking here .... I brought and setup my system a year ago and basically haven't touched it since. I've forgotten all the tips and info I learnt a year ago when I was setting up.

Now I want to swap the USB memory stick I'm using for a differnet one. I have a kicker disk. Do I just just copy the files from the stick to the new one? Since I don't actually boot from the USd drive it doen't need an special formatting??

Hint: It doesn't work. Just coping the files and using the new stick doesn't boot. But I don't know if my method or the new stick or something else.

TIA

- Chris

Any ideas please ? My new USB stick just doesn't work. The USB controller is old - are some new memory stick USb v2.0 only and not backwards compatible?

Thanks

Just build the new USB key like you did a year ago. Remove the old key and install the new one. Then go into the telnet console and save the configuration. That should be it.
