I'm not sure how much RAM is in the machine I'm using for my NASLite+ 1.x server, and I'm curious to know whether it has enough to upgrade to NASLite-2 CDD. The machine doesn't have a monitor attached, so I can't see any messages generated while booting. Can anyone suggest an easy way to determine how much RAM is in this machine that doesn't involve opening it up or trying to find a spare monitor? Thanks!

use a web browser to go to http://YOUR NAS IP HERE/Info/System.htm

It will show you RAM about in the middle of the page in the Memory section.

Note this is "left over" memory after NASLite uses some for it's kernal so you need to round up some. Numbers shown are in K bytes. I have 64Meg installed and under the "total" column it shows 62548.

Ah, that worked -- thanks very much for the tip! I had forgotten about the HTTP-based reports.
