I have my server set up with 2 x 2tb drives.

One is set to mirror from the other at 9am every day, i only use one of the drives onmy lan - the other is there purely as a backup. If i set the mirror drive to export-read only i have noticed that i cant change the mirror settings, you have to set it to read/write to be able to do this.

Question is, once mirroring is set, if i change export on that drive to read only will naslite overwrite this disk with the mirrored info from the other drive every day or is it read only to the system as well?

No, the drive must be mounted as read/write in order Mirror to function. If the drive is not mounted or mounted as read only, then NASLite cannot write on this drive thus no Mirror either.
