Hello all, Several days ago I mistakenly :oops: purchased NL-2 X64, intended to buy NL-2 (upgrading to remedy the Windows SMB problem). I have tried contacting Support and Sales several times requesting an exchange, as yet no response. Any help with contacting ServerElements is much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

they wander in here now and again but this is mainly supported my members - you could try pm'ing tony or ralph via here but not sure if they would see it any quicker

no idea what the policy is on exchange - only they can say
