I just purchased NASlite-2 earlier today, got the "You sent a payment..." email from PayPal fairly quickly... but haven't gotten the email from serverelements.com yet, and it has been almost an hour. It's not in the junk folder.

How long does this sort of thing usually take? oO

I went to the Support button on the upper left of the order page, and it shows the "Offline, leave a message" button. I sent a message there, saying more or less what I said above, a half hour ago, and haven't gotten a response yet from that either. When do they usually get back Online on weekends? Or do they?

No, no sign of it. I JUST sent another message via that button, this time setting a different email address in the email field, but giving in the body of the message the two email addresses I'd recommended. (The first time, I'd put into the mail field the email address the paypal notice went to, and separated by a comma, my yahoo.com address, now I've simply set the yahoo address in the email field, and mentioned both in the body of the message.)

I do hope I didn't throw $30 down a rat hole. Oo

I've responded twice to you, I have no control over service providers rejecting mail based on what they think is spam.

You can re request your dowload link information from :

http://www.serverelements.com/upgrades.php

Enter the email address used at purchase in the lost download link section.

Thanks.

Okay, finally found the link message. Dunno why it didn't arrive Sunday, tho, or seemingly Monday either. Have now downloaded the iso image.

Thanks for all the help.
