I have successfully set up rsync mirror in NAS2

How do I remove that setting and set it back to "NONE"

If you leave the parameters blank, that is, you simply hit <enter>, a question comes up at the top of the next screen: "Do you wish to disable Disk-X mirroring?". At the bottom, answer "Y" to the question "Continue: [Y/N] >".
