NASLite Network Attached Storage

i have two naslite servers 1 x running naslite 2 hdd and 1 x running naslite 2 x64

is it possable to the servers to back each other up ?

Example .

server 1 - naslite 2 hdd

3 drives fitted
drive 0,1 working drive and mirror
drive 2 - this set to mirror server 2 disk 0


server 2- naslite 2x64 hdd

3 drives fitted
drive 0,1 working drive and mirror
drive 2 - this set to mirror server 1 disk 0

is this possable ? looking at page 15 in the manuals,user guides a remote mirror is possable

is this correct ?

server 2 ip address
Disk-0
Time of mirror

and visa versa

or is there a better way of doing it ?

You CANNOT mirror 2 drives into 1. The last mirror will overwrite the previous one. But:

If you are using on servers 1 & 2, Disk 0 for general use and Disk 1 for backup/mirror, then you can mirror server1 disk 0 to server2 disk 2 and mirror server2 disk 0 to server1 disk 2.

If you use disks 0 AND 1 for data, then you can BACKUP disks 0 & 1 of server1 to disk 2 of server2 (check data size and disk size). Some thing for server 2 of course.
