Try unplugging your network switch to reset the routing table, I have seen this fix the issue in the past.

I didn't say the NIC, I said the switch that all your nodes connect through. :P

No I'm responding to your previous post. The NIC is a Netgear PCI one not PCI-E. And yes I've tried to do a power cycle on the router, switch and modem

I guess that my next move might be to default the BIOS and if that fails to help, a flash of the BIOS to the latest if you are not already there.
