Is there a limit to the size of a disk in naslite? Will it recognise anything over 2TB?

Funny nobody answered this question.

The recognition of hard drives or logical drives is entirely hardware related. Hardware has to be supported by NASLite, I just learned the hard way. Besides that: software is willing and able.
