I can't seem to get the 5 digit unlock code to display when I follow the instructions on the Unlock Code Request page. My License ID and System ID seem to be generated correctly but I do not get the 5 digit unlock code like in previous NASLite versions.

Am I doing something wrong?

Verify the license ID is correct, you probably miss typed it.

I reset to default settings and re-entered the License ID three times with the same result. The 5 digit unlock code does not appear. On the boot screen, the License ID and System ID both say "Done". The Server Elements Software Unlock Utility in the gui shows the proper License ID and Systems ID. I've checked my License ID countless times and I am entering it correctly. I can PM screenshots to you if necessary.

Any other suggestions?

did you enter the unlock into the admin and save? The status screen just fetches it for you.

Try again, you should be ok now. A few license ID's weren't correctly added to the database.

Thanks.
