I have set up NASLite-2 on an old Pentium II PC with the OS on a 5GB HDD and 3 X 320 GB Seagate hard disks as storage.
The three 320 GB drives are showing as 3 individual disks. They are attached to the motherboard through a cheap PCI Raid card - but no RAID enabled, just using the card as an interface since it's not compatible with NASLite-2. All works fine.
Can I now swap out one of the 320GB drives and replace it with a 500GB drive, format the new drive and re-boot (all are PATA drives)? What do I need to watch for?

Just make sure that the drive you format, the new drive, is the one. Format on a Linux FS is generally permanent.
