where can i find tje manual for2.02b or are they all about the same?
also is there a way to migrate 2.02 to 3 without keying it all in?

There is no 3.

The manual in in the documents section.

When you upgrade you should just have to enter a new key, the config file remains the same as far as I know. There is nothing to setting up the NL box though.
